every time i hit a dip it seems to loosen my air dam to where its noticeable what can i use to make it more secure

Go into your local parts store that sells body panels and paint, and ask for medium strength body panel glue. They'll know what you mean. It's sometimes used instead of welding body panels on. Needless to say it's strong.
I'm told that the medium strength holds as well, but gives you some time to position everything together.
Just a warning the stuff doesn't come cheap and requires a special caulking gun that you'll have to try and borrow from a body shop. So I hope that your on good terms with one.

Make sure all of the fasteners are in place.

Are you using lock washers, and nuts on your air dam?
If no that might be your problem
