91 Dual Point - Fuel Injection

Hey,

I am thinking about sending my injectors to a place (http://www.cruzinperformance.com/fuelinj.html) for a cleaning and am looking for advice.

My civic dx sedan has 190k on it and I acquired it for free at around 180k. I am just looking for ways to increase performance and economy and was wondering if people thought it was a good idea. I have already replaced/examined a few components and the engine runs well in general.

The service itself seems affordable, but I will probably get nailed for new set plates, mount rubbers, and o-rings. I did call the place to see if they could even perform the cleaning service and they wanted to know some info about the injectors that I could not provide. I have a Chilton repair manual and according to it, the only fasters/screws I remove are the setplates and the electrical connectors. This is a dual point system where the injectors are in the throttle body. I don't weant to remove the injectors to examine them because I don't want to mess anything up by not installing new mounting hardware. Would these injectors be side fed? The service place was most interested in how fuel got to the injectors I think.

Thanks for any help, it is much appreciated.

id take em out and put them in a bath of Chevron W/ Techron Fuel System Cleaner overnight, then run another bottle in your tank, that shit cleans anything.

Get a completely new fuel system. DPFI is shit. Get MPFI.
