Install Coilovers

Does anyone have directions on how 2 install ground control coilovers?? I may attempt to install them with my friend. We have some good skills but I just wanted to see if anyone has done them and what it takes. Thanks in advance.

ya wouldprob have to have a spring compressor to be able to put the springs in.
