Searched threads and i havent found it..
i have no idea what it looks like either. Can anyone post a picture to where it is located on the specific vehichle.

sorry my bro needs to fix it bad ..
the module is inside the wiper motor unit.
remove the plastic cover, that you see on the motor, and there is the module board. it is just a board that mounts inside the wiper motor unit.
there are 3 screws that hold the cover on. maybe 4.
real easy to replace.
