garage door opener program

my 01 aurora has two garage door openers in the headliner that i cant figure out how to program

Hi,
Do you have the owners manual? I was able to program my 01 using those instructions, but I had to park the car very close to the opener's transmitter to program it. There was also a programming button on the transmitter itself that had to be pushed within a certain time period while programming the button in the car. I had to try a couple of the buttons in the car before I got it to work. If you don't have the manual, let me know and I can relay the instructions.
