I got a 1992 Grand Prix SE Coupe. Anyways, my car isnt that purdy looking, and I want it to look more updated to a 95-96 GTP. Just the body kit. ( Front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, wing, and Hood Louvers )

I also would like to do some performance mods, nothing expensive though.

My cars body looks like this, but red:

But, I would love for it to look like this:

If anyone has an idea how I can get a hold of pieces, let me know! I have already been talking to Madmunky here, and he has the 1995 GTP, but he wont part out with his stock body kit :disappoin We dont think it should be that hard of work to unbolt everything to do a swap either. Lets hope were not wrong! He think his would bolt off and be able to bolt right to mine. Anyways thanks for your help!

I will give you a break down on her I've got more money than brains when we built this one bought new in 1989 in canada.. new driven in the snow or smoked in.
pulled out the 2.8 rebuilt a 3.1 put 10:1 flat tops, roller tips, steel crane, forged con.rods, high volume fuel pump, cold air intake goes on and on, than I added a 5 speed with a centerforce clutch added rear disk brakes with crossdrilled rotors, than to the exhaust went with 2.5 duals with flowmasters,, car works great!!! I don't have many pics on the computer but I will update them soon
p.s notice I had the body moldings removed on the sides alot cleaner look!http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f297/palotzo/DCP_0013.jpg

THE DATE ON THIS PIC IS WRONG WAS TAKEN SEPT.2005

Interior, exterior, and performance. Some good basic things for performance such as chips, intakes or anything!

Munky and I went to the auto wreckers today, I only saw one body kit that had it, but most of was banged up. We also found our rear bucket seats! :grinyes:

My main new concern is the GPS for the older GP's. Im wondering how I get can connect it to mine. Same idea goes for the HUD and ABS. Any idea how hard this would be?

I think you are SOL for the ABS unless you wanna spend a wack of cash on it.

The HUD, I think some years were wired for it and if the HUD wasn't installed they just tucked away the wiring for it, only way to know for sure is to pull apart your dash...and lets face it now is the time cause your car isn't even on the road!

That center console is a driver information computer, it tells you what direction your going, how much farther you can get on a tank of gas, fuel economy, etc. If no one here can help you out, I say we go back to a wrecker and rip an interior apart and find out where everything goes!

I think before you get to far into it just think for a min.

you want to install acc. you won't use. I had a 1994 ssei with the gps thing that was always calibrating and the hud never use it i didn't drive at night much. I would be more for adding things like gauges and tach, some proformace. keep it simple.. simple things don't break and it looks cleaner.

ps i will post a pic of inside of mine.......... simple

I think I would have to agree on the gps thingy...I don't think I would use it...now...maybe later down the road you could put a small video screan or something in it...again...I wouldn't use it. Although, if you modify the housing, you could mount an Ipod or something in it, just a thought.
As for the HUD...I love mine! I don't know how I will ever make do without it after having it. I'm looking to replace the photocell in mine cause it keeps fading.
The gauges...tach and such, excellent suggestion, to add any guages he doesn't already have.

just my :2cents:
