Does Anyone Know How To Throw Off A Speedometer For Calibrating In Order To Get Out Of A Ticket. 96 Civic Dx D16y7

Don't think it will work. Better off to look at the police equipment.
Example-Plane to road timing marks are unreliable because they are subject to perspective and human error. Older radar (many local cops use) are subject to paralax error and must be calibrated regularly (check your home state codes) The only ticket I got out of by blaming my speedo was in my lifted 4x4 (increase in tire size causes speedo to read low) but i still got bumper height fine. -- My advice get a good radar detector and watch other traffic truckers especially warn each other by CB about cops MILES in advance.
