HELP...1997 v6cyl.....so many problems

I have a 1997 v6cyl 626 and it has alot of problems.....For starters it is leaking antifreeze, it doesn't smoke too bad while I'm driving....the temperature gauge goes straight in the red after 5 or 10 mins.....I had the thermostat changed.....but then I was told it was the water pump then someone else told me it was not the water pump it was a loose clamp....I'm so confused.....The next problem is the check engine light it comes on whenever it gets ready....Sometimes it goes right back off sometimes it stays on for a couple of days.....I had someone test it with a computer but I was told that nothing was wrong.......The tire on back passenger side keeps going flat....I have brought a new tire and it stills goes flat....I was told that the rim had rust on it and I got someone to scrape it off but still no change....The last thing is the remote doesn't work...it did when I got the car and after about a week it stopped working....I changed the batteries but nothing....I also tried replacing the fuse under the dash but it just blows everytime I put a fuse in it.:banghead:
