I noticed this today when i was under my hood. when i rev my engine up, it twists back. do i need new mounts?

that is normal for an engine depending on how far back it is moving. it wouldn't hurt to replace the front and rear mounts.

I just had my motor mounts replaced and my engine still does it a little bit.

Your engine will always torque (thats the twisting). You have probably seen many drag cars have the whole body of the car twist when they rev the engine, thats because they use solid metal mounts. The engine will always torque, it just depends how you mount it in the engine bay that determines whether it is your engine itself that moves, or if the entire car structure moves.
