I have two remotes to open and lock my car and one of them doesn't work. I've tried to replace the battery and still doesn't work. Does anybody know how to reprogram it? I don't want to spend $100.

Try this:

Underneath your drivers side dash you have a DLC (Data Line Connector). Notice how the DLC is tapered on both ends: you will be working with the top or wider row of cavities.
Insert keys in ignition and leave in the off position. Make sure there are metal contact pins in terminals 1 and 4 and connect the Data Line Connecter terminal 1 to 4 with a suitable jumper wire (paperclip works great).
Within 10 seconds after connecting the jumper wire, turn the ignition switch to the ACC position and then back off for 1 second Repeat 2 times. (Let me stress so you as soon as you connect the jump wire in terminal 1 and 4 you must immediately turn the key to ACC then OFF repeatedly 3 times, if you do it to slow or mess up then you must start all over by removing the paperclip and starting the process again).
Press the Lock or Unlock button on the transmitter to be registered three times within 10 seconds. Upon successful programming the door will lock and unlock once.
If there are 2 transmitters, register the first, then register the second (Just the remote button, press 3 times) using the same procedure within one minutes. After completing the second programming the doors will lock and unlock once
Disconnect the programming wire (paperclip) and remove keys.
