Does anyone know where the fast fan and slow fan relays are located on a 95 Ford Escort 1.9 L?

Pull out the Air Box, they are mounted to the side covered by a rubber boot.

The fast fan and slow fan relays are located at left front fender of vehicle. This is for the radiator fan.
For the blower motor, (heater) there is a blower resister located under the passenger side next to the blower motor.
For the blower motor, (heater) there is a blower resister located under the passenger side next to the blower motor.
