Brake help

Does anybody have a step by step guide for changing the front brakes (pads and rotors) for a 2003 350Z (Touring model so now brembo brakes). I looked to by a Chilton guide but no one appears to have one.
I used to work on older muscle cars and this is my first “new” car. I am mechanically competent just a little gun shy about working on a “new” car. I only have 25k miles on my Z and was surprised to hear I need new rotors already. I was more surprised to hear my mechanic (and the dealer) wanted $750 for a brake job when I can buy the parts for $200. Sorry about the diatribe but any help would be appreciated.
