Cold Start Valve Question

I have a 1992 Celica ST Coupe 1.6 4AFE that was missing the wire from the cold start valve when I got it. Where does it conect to? There is a missing wire next to the water temp gage sensor? Do the two conect? Where does it get its power from?:banghead:
