99 V-6 Timing Belt

Friends, how much should replacing the timing belt, water pump and exterior belts cost on a 99 v6? Thanks in advance.

I've got a quote at the dealer for 02 V6 for $800-900, a nearby so called honda repair shop charge <$700. They will both use original honda parts, include tensioner, all belts, water pump,seal and timing belt.
