oil leaking

hi..i'm new, i have oil leaking from valve cover/spark plugs..haha..hard to explain..but when i pull the spark wire off, its all drentched with oil, and a metal tube comes up.., this is only on the right 2 sparkplugs..anyone know what to fix..or anything?.., friends suggested this is the best site to post up problems?..haha..2000 neon le..thanx

Your spark plug tube seals need to be replaced. You will have to pull the valve cover off to do this. It's a simple job and should only take you an hour at most. You will need to replace the valve cover gasket also, since you are breaking the seal.

i got mine at my buddies shop.., cost me $44 cdn for the kit, which has the valve cover gasket, and all the tube seals..no canadian tire in all of ontario carried this.., dont ask me why.., but i went to my buddies shop, he had one ordered in the next day..now i just have to put it on..haha..

Where do you get these spark plug tube seals?You can get them cheap from the dealer...around $10 for the seals and $20 for the valve cover gasket.

well, what came in my kit, were a lot of little circular seals, then 4 spark plug tube seals, and the main valve cover gasket.., retail price was around $70 cdn.., but my buddies shop hooked me up a bit..lol
