I'm getting ready to rebuild the front end in my '98 Astro. I plan to do ball joints, tie rod ends, idler arms and any bushings that may need replacing. Does anyone have a recommendation of what brand parts I should look for? I want this stuff to last....don't want to do it again anytime soon. Thanks in advance.

MOOG! And find the Problem Solver versions if you can, these will have a T in the part number.

I second that! MOOG problem solver and nothing else, it's simply the best! I've done front end work for over 30 years, MOOG! Make sure your center link is level when you tighten the idler arms down, and the wheels are straight ahead when you tighten everything else, (ball joints, tie rod ends etc) and use a torque wrench.

thats right on the center link, otherwise you'll throw off the wheel 90 degrees, like i did,,duhhhhhh, make sure the sterring wheel is in lock position, iooooops i forgot to do that one.
