what turbo

I am getting ready to put a turbo on my 99 integra b18b non vtec I want to know what turbo I should go with. the car is pretty much stock it has intake and muffler which I know the intake is going to come off. but I want to know what turbo I should use and I need something that is still going to pass emsions. I live in north carolina and I don't know what will not pass.
