1998 Sunfire GT ?'s

I am selling my '98 Sunfire GT and I need a couple of questions answered. Yes, they are stupid questions and yes I am embarassed I don't know the answers already.

1. Is the transmission computer controlled?
(I've read it is mechanically controlled but not sure exactly what that means)

2. Any one know where I can find an owner's manual for this car?

Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated.

1. Yes if auto, and no if manual.

2. You should be able to get one from a pontiac dealership.
