95 88 Royale Starting Problems

1. I have a 95 88 royale. It will turn over but will not start. I am not getting any fuel to the fuel rail. When this all started the interior lights would go out when you use the power seats,power locks,or power windows. I have a good battery and clean terminals. All fuses have been checked.

2. Can anyone tell me where the remote control module is located.

i think it is located in one of to places... under the hood next to the relays, or in the dash near the brain box
