91 Exhaust Problem

The pipe that is between the cat converter and I believe the resonator has rusted and separated. I would like to repair this myself by either getting a piece of pipe and clamping it to the 2 ends. Does anyone know the OD or ID of either ends of the pipes coming off either of these.
