98 buick century rear power window problem

My mother's 98 buick rear power window is not working. The cable has unwound from the drum. Can the cable be rewound on the drum? I have already repalced the other rear window regualtor at $350 fro her and she does not want to spend another $350 on this one. Is it doable?
