Idleing Problem

Hi everybody, just got my civic running, but now has a strange idle. it goes up and down continuously. any ideas. thanks again. tk

What did you do to it while it wasn't running? What is your setup?

I recently had the head rebuilt and replaced the block. new clutch also. a rod broke on the other block so its got 2 big holes in it. its a 1988 civic dx, stock head with d16z6 block. thanks. tk
