Wiring harness question

For those of you who have swapped engines, I've got a question. I'm swapping a 2000 impala engine into a 1997 Silhouette. The only difference I've noticed is that the fuel injector harness has a different plug. Will I need to pull the intake and change the harness? Or can I re-pin the 2000 harness into the 1997 plug?
