Help!!!!

I have a 98 intrigue and it has the dual control but it is staying on cold, it won't blow warm I have ask around and someone said it might be the servo motor in dash or the climate control box itself, anyone have a idea where the servo motor is exactly and do you know if this is a common problem??? I am also having a problem with my rear passenger window won't stay up the motor doesn't make any sounds but when the window is raised all the way it wiggles itself down?????????? I would appreciate any input.

As far as the window it's time to replace the window regulator. Just go to ebay I bought all four window regulators. The one on the driver side went bad replace that and I still have the other three just in case. If the window motor gose bad just buy it from the junk yard. Hope that helps some. Oh by the way I paid about $250 with shipping four all four. Alot cheaper than the dealer or auto store.
Have you check to see if the control itself is going bad? I have a friend that had the same problem, went to the dealer and told him $400 to fix. But come to find out it was just the controls for the climate that needed to be changed, went to the junkyard bought it for about $20 and everything works fine.
