I believe so, but why not rebuild the rear in the camaro now? you can get a mini spool and a rebuild kit for under 300. the leaf springs can be found at the scrap yard anyways or in summit racings catalog. hope i was of some help to you.

third gens dont use leaf spring suspension... i believe your 81 has upper and lower control arms... while third gens have just lower control arms... its a different suspension setup it won't be i direct swap you would have to weld different brackets and stuff on

The 85 won't fit (as in just bolt in) for the above reasons.
Now, on to your current "problem". The leaf springs in your have lost their arc because GM didn't put enough springs in the pack which made it weak (wears out fast). I had a 79 T/A with the same problem and I took it to a place in my home town that does spring work.
They removed the springs and re-arced them. Then they took a piece of spring stock of the same arc and cut to a length between the longest spring and the next in line (there is over 10" difference in length between the 2), reassembled the spring packs and reinstalled. The rear sat about 1" higher than stock for about a month until the springs settled in.
