03 1500 Suburban Towing question

I have a 03 Suburban 1500 with the 5.3, how much can I tow? I want a travel trailer that can accomodate 6 people or so. I think they weigh between 6000 and 9000lbs. Do after market air bags raise my capability or what can raise it beside a 3/4 ton Sub. Thanks

Your owners manual will give you ifo on the max recommended weight trailer, changing the rear diff can help your pulling power, but 9k will certainly be somewhat out of the comfort zone of your combo. Air bags would help but you would be running leveling torsion bars with the hitch anyway.
