Hi -
I want to replace the radio on my 97 328i. The display is dead, and the sound was never great to begin with.
I'm not a audiophile, just want a good in-dash single CD player and radio with decent sound.
Has anyone found a unit that matches the amber display of the rest of the console (heat, obc)?
Any good or bad experiences we can learn from?

My car has a Kenwood Stereo system in it with amber lights that match the climate control display.
Only it is a tuner/tape head with CD stacker in the boot. It also has wood grain effect that matches the wood grain trim in the dash and centre console.
Im sure if you ask your local audio installer, they should know if there is anything available.
I also have installed a Blauplunkt 4 channel 80watt class A/B amp.
Also thinking about maybe fitting a sub.
Cheers,
