U.S. built vehicles that're right hand drive, badged as Toyota's and sold in Japan. Do a google search and you can find them for sale through importers. Came with nifty options I'd have loved to see on the U.S. Cavaliers, such as leather wrapped steering wheels and shifter.
A common mod is to swap out out DOT Spec taillights for JDM OEM taillights from the Toyota Cavalier. You can get them through GMPartsDirect.

You do realize that more than the dashboard determines which side of the car you drive from, right? The amount of time and custom work you'd have to put in to make a RHD conversion is essentially cost prohibitive in comparison to just importing a toyota cavalier and making that meet US DOT specs.
Additionally, there' s a good reason you can't find an 03 Totota Cavalier, they don't exist. Just because the U.S. kept making 'em, doesn't mean Toyota kept buying 'em. Toyota Cavaliers sold for crap in Japan.

Just an FYI, not even the guys who have done / are doing the swap give many detailed pointers to EACH OTHER. Let alone anyone else.
This IS a mod that is expensive, needs extensive planning and resources and if done incorrectly, could alter the safety of the vehicle... Other than that...There has only been like 2-3 successful conversions... Good luck and hope your pockets run deep my friend.

I found an auction page a while back that had at least a hundred of 'em DIRT CHEAP! Most with less than 100,000mi and around $50-100 USD! The kicker is shipping it over the pond!

I wouldn't see why you would go through the trouble of swapping the steering

-Pretty much the only purpose of swapping it would be for show purpose, it would get you a lot more points, as well as attention. Thats the way i'd look at it.
