A '94 will have throttle body injection, you will have to change the intake, and distributor. The intake will be determined by what carb you are going to put on it.

You do not want to put a carburator on.It will run like crap and carburators are JUNK.Carburators are the next things to be phased out anyway

I too wish I could carburate my 91, the problem is it would take way too much, carbs are not junk in my opinion , (though one poster disagrees), the cfm of tbi and the puter are very limiting, but to change to carb means the elec shift trans wont work right, the dist wont work, etc, etc, the tbi vehicals are a system disrupt one part of the system and the rest will not operate well, if you could find someone who makes equipment that will fool the puter it could work though, similar to the fake o2 sensors on the market, but I have never found anything out there like this,
If you do find a way for this to work please post your findings i'm sure there are many who would be interested as I am.

Besides the Intake, you should make sure there is not a reference signal from the TPS to the ignition module, there shouldn't be but might. You will need to regulate the fuel pressure lower, or replace the pump. I have done several where we take an older model truck and put in a Vortec block and heads. The throttle linkage will need some modifications too.
