Power Steering Problem

We have a 1967 Mustang Coupe with a 289/Auto. After changing power steering control, rebuilding cylinder because we had leaking issues and installing New hoses. Now our steering wheel goes full left, to full right quickly by itself when the motor is idling with front and back tires off ground.
