Bleeding clutch and adjusting linkage HELP

My haynes manual has this info in it but i can't understand what there trying to tell me to do... Can someone tell me step by step on how to Bleed the clutch system (like how to bleed the vavle,how to open the vavle) and all the other info. I also need to figure out how to adjust my shift linkage and info would be great...

Because I'm a nice guy(and somewhat of a post whore:lol:) I'll give you the basics. There is a bleeder screw on the slave cylinder, you need 2 people, if you know how to bleed brakes its the same concept. One person presses the clutch and the other opens the bleeder and you repeat untill its bled

If you know where your clutch slave cylinder is, there is a nipple on there.

Get yourself a piece of vac house and a plastic bottle. Cut a hole in the top of that bottle and stuff the hose down in there. Fill the bottle with brake/clutch fluid. Make sure the end of the hose is submerged in the fluid.
Take a wrench. I think it's either an 8 or a 10 mm. Loosen up that bolt on there and have someone push the clutch in, some dark fluid will flow into the bottle, then Tighten the bolt and have them release or pull up on the clutch. This will pull fluid in from the resevoir. Repeat this three times(loosen the bolt, push the clutch, tighten the bolt, pull the clutch back out) than check the clutch fluid resevoir and refill.

Keep doing this until the there are no bubbles coming out when they push the clutch in anymore, and the fluid coming out of the hose is no longer dirty as shit.

I don't know how else to explain it.

When someone suggest searching, it is because we know that the question you have asked has already been answered before.
