1990 4.0 surging and no power

Ok i could use some help. will a bad o2 sensor make my truck surge and have no power. I replaced a lot of stuff on the truck trying to fix this problem but no luck. can any one please help me out?

You said that you replaced the MAF Sensor. Alot of times it is very common to just get a bad sensor. Hopefully its still under warranty, take it back and get another one. Don't be surprised if that one is bad too. I replaced the MAF Sensor three times on my wife's car until I finally got a good one. I dont know what else it could be except maybe the fuel filter or a clogged air filter.
