Idle Slugish

Well I got the car to crank and it is drivable... there is only one issue now... If i'm idling or going about 10mph it acts like it wants to die... but once it hits about 15 is flies with no sluggishness. Also if I’m sitting in the driveway, and i’m in park or neutral same thing... its not until i’m up and running is it not slugish.... if anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated.. thanks
