99 intrepid alarm system

I have a 99 intrepid and it has the stock alrm system on it. When the doors are locked the alarm will randomly start going off. Is there an easy way to disable the alarm such as pulling a fuse or turning it off some how. I am just trying to avoid having to go through the time and money to fix this problem( which I would think is an electrical problem and will be a pain to find.) Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The theft alarm would be a pain to disable or do away with.
The last on I had ahold of a 97 someone had crossed the battery cables.
Tripped the eng pcm anti theft when it did not even have anti theft and I had to replace the engine and body computers as a matched pair.
