Suspension clunking noises

Hi, I have a '93 MPV, and the front end makes a lot of dull clunking rattling noises over bumps. Can anyone tell me what needs replacement? I took a quick look underneath, but didn't see much out of the ordinary . . ball joints looked okay I think, some worn sway bar bushings, but beyond that I didn't go much further. Any ideas?
