Auto's do suck lol but pretty much most of the mods can be used on either manual or auto.. if you truely hate your auto why dont you covert to a stick? but as for turbo kits our kits work with either auto or manuals

Auto's hold up better than manuals in a lot of situations. Examples can be drawn specifically to cavalier applications wherein you'd find the autos holding up just as well if not better than a manual to a beating. In the older cavaliers the 3-speeds were far tougher than the manuals in terms of power they'd take before failure. Hydramatic rocks, yo?

As far as converting the tranny's, it would more often than not be cheaper, all things considered, to just buy a standard transmission car.

Then, as far as turbocharging, automatics are often times better than a standard. You get the lovely advantage of MUCH faster shifts and not as much change in RPM, which means less time to spool the turbo back up and less loss of pressure through a BOV, so overall quicker times.

As far as WS's slinging of his goods...all I'm going to say is that he appears to be re-selling kits sold on e-bay or selling the same stuff...which scares me.

Accually we have 2 stores here in columbus... and have several acounts with numerous companies to get pretty much anything anyones wanting...we have accounts with alot of major companies such as NOPI.com, andy's, extreme, etc...Again I DO NOT sell any of my performance parts on ebay for 1. most of the comanies that I deal with do not allow it.. and 2. I can not compete with the bootlegged or refurbished item prices on there.

i always assumed turbos and superchargers could fit on both manual and automatic setups....if you get a performance shifter or whatever its called an automatic will be just as good...but i gotta tell you i dont know 1 single person that dosnt enjoy a manual better than their automatic...and dont just assume automatics are slower than manuals....they can be pretty quick depending on the mods that are done to them
