d16a6 pistons in a d16y7

I am doing a mini me swap with a crower camshaft, valvesprings/retainers, aem gear, arp head studs, skunk2 manifold/tb, aem short ram, etc. and i was told that i need higher compression. I see that the pistons from the d16a6 have a 10.5/1 ratio and will fit my block without need for bore. Does anyone know if this is an accurate statement...I saw on honda-tech.com a guy who did the swap to d16a6 pistons. thanks guys
