Tamiya F40 pics

Hi all,

here's one of my latest assemblies. I got this model off ebay for $2.50US. it was cheap because someone had already glued most of the model together but didnt bother to paint it. so i had to break it apart, paint it, and re glue it. let me know what you think

It looks pretty good!!!! is it the tamiya model???

I dont have any more seat belt material... plus, i couldnt find any good reference pics of how they are attached. not sure what color to make the belts:confused:

I have only just started to build it, the color will be Tropical Green. I'll post pictures when I have something worth posting ;)

Hmm let me re-phrase that sentence ;)

The finishing is great though some of the glue is still visable.. maybe you can touch up on that?

where do you see the glue? some of those pics were taken before completing the assembly... you cant complete the engine until the body is in place. and once you complete the engine, you shouldnt take the body off since parts of the engine are now glued to it. (sucks that some of my favorite parts of the engine will remain hidden forever:( )

you can purchase the F40 new from www.etamiya.com (http://www.etamiya.com) (supposedly.. dont know if anyone's ever ordered from there). its not exactly in the UK but im sure they ship there. outside of ebay, they are the only place i know of that offers the kit.

The car just look awesome, my eyes though tired but are still glued to them. :D
