Not sure on this balance shaft removal kit

The kit i ordered looks like normal replacement bearings with the hole in them, is the object to cover the hole in the block for the oil? If so i just turn the bearings were the holes do not line up correct?

yes you just put the holes on the opposite side from being lined up
