Seats

I have a 97 Civic Ex with grey leather seats. I'm wondering what year integra seats i can transfer into it or RSX if any (since they didn't start with the RSX until what..'01 or '02?? Would it be the same as the civic (being the model years between 96-00?) and also, how hard would it be to make RSX seats fit in the front of my civic, or maybe a better question, is it possible?? just a matter of fabricating some new rails or what?
