powerlock noise

I have a problem with the powerlocks. everytime i unlock my car it makes a wierd noise. i dont know if its the motor or if something electrical is contacting sometihng else. it only does it when i unlock my doors, and only the passenger side door does it. if i unlock it manually there is no noise. only when i unlock it from the unlock control on the door or from the door unlocking system that i had installed. please help because the noise is really getting to me:banghead:

I think I had this problem before. Does it make a loud buzzing sound? If so, the gears have worn down in the door lock actuator and are grinding against each other. I bought an actuator off someone on DSMTrader and swapped the gears into mine. That part was simple. Getting the F&#@!*# thing disconnected, out of the door, and then back into the door is another story. I can give you a more detailed explanation if you need it.

Yeah it is a buzzing noise. I got pissed off and disconnected it. your right it is a B%$#@ to unplug it, but yeah any info you can give me will be appreciated. thanks
