B16a Fuelling Problem

Hope you guys can help me with this!!

Car is bogging down around when the vtec is engaging.

Had it rolling roaded and it showed the air/fuel was running way too lean causing it to bog down.

I went to Honda who's diagnostics showed nothing up

I have bought a new fuel filter to fit tomorrow but have seen mentioned on this forum a fuel filter built into the tank??

Really need help on this guys so any suggestions welcome
