Buying A Car Help!!

OK I'm in the market for a used car, I want something that is less than 5 years old that has good preformance. ie 01 Celica, 01 Integra GSR, 02 Civic Si or something with alot of aftermarket parts and can be tricked out both Preformance wise and the exterior I only have about 16G's to spend on the car... Any help would be very much appreciated :rofl:

all 3 of those cars are about the same, overpriced, underpowered, and expensive to insure.
