Greddy Turbo Timer Install

just got my turbo timer in the mail and was wondering where the purple and brown wires go (see pics) i know they have something to do with the VSS but i don't know where to splice 'em

thanks for the reply, but i found the instruction manual on that site

i guess i should have added in my original post that the book which came with my timer was all in japanese...lol
