after act clutch and flywheel install

2 months ago I installed an act heavy duty clutch kit and a flywheel and now my gears 1-4 are grinding and hard to get in when shifting. Does anyone know why this could be throwing off my syncronizers, and I only popped the clutch 2 times with the new kit. thanks for any info on this..

damn did u stick that tool in the middle of the clutch as u where installing it...

Cable or hydro tranny? Bleed the clutch good? Adjust the clutch cable? sounds like its no disengaging, double check that and i'm sure it'll work out
