after act clutch and flywheel install

about 2 months ago I installed a 6 puck heavy duty clutch and lighter flywheel and now my 1, 2, 3, gears are grinding when I shift. Does anyone else think or know why the clutch kit is throwing my syncronizers off? thanks would really appreciate it..
