97 Cavalier High RPM Air control; HELP!!!

The computer system gives me the code P0507, High RPM Air Control System. I replaced the Air Control Valve, nothing happened. I replaced the Throttle positioning sensor, nothing happend. It feels like stalling in the morning, then when it is warm, it starts RPM high. Is there another sense? or is it vacuum tubing? PLease help!!

look into the map (manifold absolute pressure) sensor could be that
