Aluminum Driveshafts????

Does anyone have any opinions about aluminum driveshafts on 400-500 horsepower applications. I know the weight benefit would be great, but i just have never been exposed to one and how it performs. anyone have one ???

Lots of peole have them! Use a minimum of a 4" diameter. They hold up fine, even in cars with over 1,000 horsepower. DO NOT buy one based on price. Have one custom made by the best fabrication shop in your town.

There is no local shop in my town, so do you have any reccomendations as to what site on the net would you reccomend?
