Ok as some of you may of read I have been swaping out the core gear in my headlight moters. The pass side one works perfectly now but the driver side one still rattles.
I rechecked everything and I discovered the problem was that on the drivers side unit the motor was a tad loose. This is the small black motor that is connected to the housing that holds the gear.
I used some jbweld - let it sit for about 3-4 hours and it worked fine until the jb weld cracked.
I gobed more jb wled on and i'm gonna let it sit for a full 24hours this time. Do you think that will hold it or will I be forced to replce the entire unit?
Thanks
