need help with suspension setup

ok heres the deal i have a extra set of rims for my girl they are 16's and the tires on them are 205/45/16. im not sure which setup i wanna go with on her car. i have a choice between some no name coilovers or the tein s-tech springs. would i be better off getting the s-techs?? would they rub if i dropped her about 2" or should i get no name coilovers which i can adjust???
